NEW ORLEANS (Jan 13, 2024) – The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) reminds riders that on Sunday, Jan. 14, the Winter Service Change will go into effect. Changes will reduce frequency of fixed-route bus service to ensure sufficient vehicles are available to provide consistent, reliable service for riders.
Updated schedules and other printed materials have been distributed to popular pick-up locations across the city, including New Orleans Public Library locations, New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORDC) facilities, and RTA’s A. Philip Randolph Building on Canal Street.
Riders can also access the new schedules and learn more about the changes at norta.com/servicechange, download the LePass app to check schedules and purchase fares, and call the Rideline at (504) 248-3900.
Here are the RTA bus routes that will have reduced frequency (arrival times included):
