Construction Management at Risk Services for Malcolm X College West Side Learning Center Addition and Renovations

The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for firms (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) interested in providing Construction Management at Risk Services for Malcolm X College West Side Learning Center Addition and Renovations.

PBC will host an in-person

Pre-Submission Conference and Site Visit

on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.

Interested firms are strongly encouraged to attend.
