If you have a missing item(s) from delivery, please notify Customer Service by completing the Warranty & Replacement Form (link below) within 15 days of delivery.
This form can also be found on the Online Order site, listed in the top menu bar, under Dealer Tools > Warranty.
Items that were damaged during shipment must also be reported within 15 days of delivery, using the same form.
