We spent the summer planting, composting, digging and learning more about our environment in the Just Food Garden with Master Gardener Alex Alferov! Melissa Hernandez organized a cycling fundraiser in August and we prepped for the new planting season during our Community Gardening Day on Oct 16th!

Just Food Harvest Festival Potluck

Greetings!

You are cordially invited to Just Food's Harvest Festival Potluck on October 30th at 5pm in the Just Food Garden. Join us as we grill, bob for apples, paint faces, make s'mores around the fire and celebrate the positive difference a community garden makes in Hollywood! If you're able, bring something for the grill or your favorite holiday dish (click here for suggestions)! Most of all, bring a smile and bring yourself! Invite your friends, family and neighbors - all are welcome!

The Just Food Garden is located at 1711 N. Van Ness Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90028.

Sincerely,

Syd Shook
