We have all heard of vision boards and their ability to help us achieve our goals. When it comes to accomplishments, socially it is generally unaccepted to be outwardly proud of them.
What if you were reminded on a daily basis of your skills, successes, and achievements that you are proud of? How would that change what you tell yourself about yourself? What would that do to your inner dialog? What would that do for you in those times of uncertainty?
Join me and lets build an accomplishment board together and lets find out what it feels like to be reminded of how awesome we are!
