Join us for an IN-PERSON Reiki Circle at our Kansas City, MO location on Monday, April 22!

Have you been enjoying this season of Spring? It is a favorite time of year for many people, with the warmer temperatures, nice weather, and new growth springing from Mother Earth. Be sure to make it a point to spend some time outside every day, to breathe in the freshness of the air, and to enjoy the beauty that is all around. Go for a nice walk and enjoy the wonder of nature, and you might even want to share some Reiki with the natural world (plants, trees, and animals). The Spirit of the Earth will certainly appreciate the Reiki energy, just as we do. We also celebrate Earth Day on April 22, so there is even more reason to show gratitude and appreciation for all Mother Earth provides us!

Any season is a good time to share Reiki with yourself or with others, so do remember to use your Reiki "tools." Daily self-reiki is a great self-care practice to help keep your energy vibration high.

Our Reiki Circle gatherings offer a wonderful opportunity to get together with like-minded people, as well as for practice, learning (if you are new to Reiki), and experience the relaxing and healing benefits that Reiki can provide. What to bring: Bring slippers or "indoor only" shoes or stand in your socks because this is a yoga studio.

NOTE: We will have face masks available or you can bring your own, if you still choose to take precautions. COVID is still with us, even though we might wish otherwise, and we will be in close proximity with each other as we share Reiki. We will honor each person's choice in this matter.

Where: 

8301 State Line, Suite 202, Kansas City, MO 64114. The office of Dr. Kat Bowie. It's at the 8301 State Line Professional Building, right on the corner of 83rd and State Line on the Missouri side. Come in the State Line side and look for the building code to enter, which will be posted on the door. We will be at the top of the stairs on the right on the 2nd floor. If you want an elevator, go up 4 stairs and half-way down the hall is the elevator.

We share Reiki most of the evening. Everyone receives a Reiki treatment of 10 to 20 minutes in length, with several people sharing with you at once - can be the equivalent of a 30 - 60 minute session, depending on how many people are in attendance. We welcome newcomers and regular attendees! Children are welcome, but childcare is not provided.
