MidWinter Meeting is OPEN!

ARO provides a national and international forum for scientists of diverse backgrounds to gather and learn more about Otolaryngology and related fields.

Since 1973, a major focus of the ARO’s activities has been to convene an annual MidWinter Meeting. This event serves as a forum to bring together basic scientists and clinical investigators from industry, academia, and government.

Join us for the 47th Annual MidWinter Meeting from February 3-7, 2024, in Anaheim, California, USA!

*If your membership needs to be charged separately from your registration, please process your membership payment first at aro.org before registering for the conference. ARO runs on a calendar year system, so in order to get the member rate for the 2024 MidWinter Meeting you have to become a 2024 member.

Cancellation Policy

A partial refund will be honored before December 31, 2023, less a $50 service fee—no refunds after December 31, 2023. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

Check the meeting registration confirmation email for a link to reserve your room in the ARO room block! Hotel rooms at the ARO rate are limited, and available until January 10 or until they sell out. Please make your reservation early!

CHILDCARE GRANT

Grants of $500 will be disbursed to defray childcare costs related to travel to the ARO midwinter meeting. Examples of expenses are to pay a caregiver during the conference and to pay for airfare for children or caregivers. Up to 20 grants will be awarded; if applicants exceed this number, priority will be given to earlier career-stage applicants. The funds will be disbursed at the midwinter meeting.

*Grants will be announced by December 11, 2023.
