Blood Donors Needed!

After a 30% overall donation shortfall during the Fourth of July holiday week and overall low donor turnout this summer, the supply of type O recently dropped to an 18-month low.

Make a difference and schedule your appointment to donate blood at the Vitalant Blood Drive!

When: Saturday, July 27th

Time: 9 AM-1 PM

Location: Red Rock Community Park

Donate during the blood drive and get entered to win a 2024 VW Jetta.

Upcoming Community Improvement Projects

We are excited to share some upcoming community improvement projects with you! The community association will send out details when these projects are scheduled.

• Repairs to concrete walkways - IN PROGRESS
• Repaint of walls around the community - IN PROGRESS
• Painting of culvert trails - IN PROGRESS
• Repainting of ramadas at the main park - COMPLETED
• Repainting of ramadas in pocket parks as well - IN PROGRESS
• Repainting of fencing around the pool and skatepark - COMPLETED
• Sealing of walkways and parking lot at the main park - UPCOMING
• Replacement of damages pool chairs and loungers - IN PROGRESS

Pool-Side Bulletin

This week's reminders:

1. No dogs or other animals allowed at the pool. This is a county policy.
2. Please pick up trash- we have noticed a huge increase in the amount of trash left on the pool deck. Help keep the pool clean! If you are hosting a party or gathering please consider brining your own trash bag as the pool trashcan fills quickly.
3. Lightning - As monsoon season begins, please be reminded that the lifeguards will close the water slides and pool when lightening is within 10 miles of the pool.
4. There is no alcohol allowed in the pool area.
5. All children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Lifeguards have been asked to ask unattended teens to leave the pool area and call the Sheriff when teens do not comply. This has been a HUGE issue and we appreciate the cooperation from residents.

Need a Pool Key?

If you are in need of a pool key, please fill out the Pool Key Form and send it to dperez@ccmcnet.com You can pick up your key from a lifeguard during lifeguard hours. (See the Summer calendar above for hours)

1. New Homeowners: you will receive one complimentary key per household.
2. Current Owner Key Replacement: there will be a $45 fee billed to your ledger.

Updates from Santa Rita Landscaping

Last Week's Focus Updates:

Plugged the unneeded irrigation emitters. General maintenance. Cycle 2, 3, and 4 completed.

This Weeks Focus & General Weekly Maintenance:

• Weeds removal when over 3 inches and sprayed when under 3 inches tall
• Removing all desert broom and brittle bush.
• Blowing to remove debris
• Cleaning basins
• Trimming trees/lifting them while also trimming off suckers.
• Trimming bushes
• Tending to the turf, mowing, removing weeds and adding fertilizer with adjusting water based on where we are at in the season now with the temps ramping up.
• Plug unused irrigation emitters
• Shaping shrubs

If you witness vandalism to the Association's property, please report it to Pinal County Sheriff's Office and your Community Management Team.
