Saturday
9:00-9:30 am - Check-In/Welcome
9:30-10:45 am - Zen Yoga with Meditation & Reiki Healing
11:00-12:00 pm - Journaling
12:00-12:30 pm - Intro. to Mindful Eating (optional)
12:30-1:30 pm - Lunch
1:30-2:00 pm - Facelift Yoga
2:00-3:30 pm - Chakra Balancing Yoga with Meditation & Vibrational Healing
3:30-4:00 pm - Women's Circle
4:00-5:00 pm - Healthy Happy Hour
