Red Sauce Recipe

Add 8 Cloves of Garlic in a large skillet ------------->Add 8 finely chopped Shallots

Then saute in Olive Oil----------------------------------->Add 3 pounds 3 oz, Clams with the juice

Add 8 table spoons of White Wine, ----------------->Add 8 table Spoons of Butter.

Mix and cook for 5 minutes --------------------------->Add 24 oz of Tomato Sauce

Simmer until cooked------------------------------------->Cook 1lb linguine and add your sauce

You will have extra sauce / or you can freeze.

Hot Sauce Lover? Add Cheyenne Pepper or Tobasco

Suggested with dinner. Shrimp Cocktail, Garlic Bread & Salad
