About the Program

As generative AI and other new types of emerging technologies become more available, legal practitioners should be updating their eDiscovery knowledge and strategies. In this presentation, we’ll discuss how courts are assessing obligations of parties to preserve, collect, and produce from these data sources and how you can set yourself up for success when navigating them with your clients.
