Learning & Giving Opportunity
Dear Cobbled Streets' Supporters,
Cobbled Streets ensures that youth in the foster care system are SEEN and HEARD. We provide opportunities for life-changing moments that can change the outcome for thousands of children.
To that end, for the past year, Cobbled Streets collaborated with the team at Better Together Productions to create a short film, Rebecoming Me.
The film depicts the lived experience of five individuals who navigated parts of their childhood within the foster care system. This raw and honest documentary digs into the wins, the failures, and the opportunities we all have to be a better community in support of children in foster care.
We launched Rebecoming Me on January 17th in partnership with PBS12 and the Common Sense Institute. The link below includes the streaming link on PBS12, so you can watch the full 30-minute film. After watching Rebecoming Me, our hope is that you will join us in sparking meaningful conversations and utilizing the power of your TIME and RESOURCES. We can ALL play a role in having a positive impact on children in the foster care system in Colorado. It’s time to take action!
