The weather is getting hotter and so is the real estate market. Inventory has picked up, although we are still in a seller's market. Buyers are actively shopping now that school is out and schedules are easing up, and consumers are looking to get their families settled over the summer months.
Homes tend to move quicker if priced appropriately, so it's always a good idea to check in with us so we can run comps to price your home for a successful outcome.

Delaware Market Stats
In general, home prices during the month of April were still higher compared to the same time one year ago. More homes were sold, however, and there are more homes in inventory. Click here to read the full report.
