John Lyons 'Carnivalesque' exhibition in Manchester

Calling all our Manchester friends, readers and art lovers! The first major retrospective exhibition of Trinidadian British artist and poet John Lyons, spans 60 years of painting, including drawings, prints, poetry, and sketchbooks will be on display at The Whitworth in Manchester from 10 May – 25 August 2024.

Peepal Tree author and poet, John Lyons has published five collections of poetry, including Dancing in the Rain and a cookery book, Cook-up in a Trini Kitchen.
