Ray's PeGe

Ray's PeGe opened over 50 years ago by Ray Pierce and is still in the same location today. Ray retired and sold out in 2005. The local landmark was recently purchased again in late 2015 by Kristie and Greg McGee and since then completely renovated and going strong. Most of the employees have been here 15 to 20 years or longer.



Ray's PeGe is an iconic landmark in this community and known and talked about all over the country. Known for out Roast Beef PoBoy, our roast is cooked in house with fresh eye of round which creates the broth used to make our famous brown gravy which you will want to dip everything into! We Offer 9 different types of PoBoys along with one of the best old fashion hamburgers around. We also serve hot plate lunches and dinner plates including fried fish, pork chops, beef tips and much more....and don't forget the legendary homemade ice cream!! Last year Ray's PeGe ranked in the top 10 best PoBoys in Louisiana!
