Now that summer is in full swing, it is finally time for those road trips that have been eagerly anticipated for quite some time. Here at Rausch, we can relate! There has been a buzz of activity as we travel to six cities beyond Cedar Rapids in just seven days.

Thirteen years after our start in Cedar Rapids, it has been an adventure to be a part of a variety of events from a myriad of clients. This adventure has taken us all over the country, but we especially love getting to travel in our home state.

Road trip across Iowa
Besides staying busy on our home front, we've been to . . .
Des Moines - RAGBRAI is a large-scale event that is consistently well-executed. Riders kicked off their week long bike trip across Iowa last week, and our LED screens welcomed them to Des Moines, thanked sponsors, and streamed live concerts.
Grand Falls & Riverside - Miranda Lambert took us to both Riverside and Grand Falls for back-to-back concerts. Energetic crowds, beautiful weather, and great shows filled the weekend. Not even a flat tire could stop our road trip!
Iowa City - Berthel Fisher held their annual convention in the Coralville Marriott. It was a pleasure to be a part of their National Geographic inspiring and creative theme, 'Uncovering Your Potential.' Thank you to Dan & Joe Kempf for their photo of Tom Berthel.
Ames - We headed west once again to work the Iowa Games, with another great turn out of talented athletes.
Monticello - At the Jones County Fair we enjoyed recording and replaying their tractor pull, as well as working the TobyMac concert with Jamie Grace and Capital Kings.

Big nights with Big names
Zach Johnson gala & Clay Jones retirement banquet
Cedar Rapids native Zach Johnson held his third annual fundraiser last month. Johnson invited fellow PGA Tour players, Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson, and other celebrities and professional athletes to join him for the Zach Johnson Foundation Classic. This two-part event began with an auction and gala for participants and sponsors, with a golf tournament the following day. Both meaningful and successful, we were happy to be involved in this year's event.

Recently named Best Philanthropic "Giving" Company by the
Corridor Business Journal, Rockwell Collins continues to make a significant investment in their employees and surrounding community. This summer marks a large transition as they celebrate CEO Clay Jones' retirement. Jones was recognized in front of family and close friends and colleagues at a banquet in his honor. Much of Rockwell Collins' growth and affluence can be attributed to the 'great communicator,' as Jones is called. We had the privilege of being a part of his retirement celebration and his final Working Together Corporate picnic.
