Welcome to Link at W Squared in Princeton Junction, West Windsor, Mercer County. This community is designed to help meet the Township's "fair share" of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. Link at W Squared will feature 22 one-, two- and three- bedroom, low- and moderate- income homes for sale to income qualified households. A random selection will be held on May 15, 2024, for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, May 7th, 2024, after which the waiting list was closed. A preference will be given to households that live or work in Housing Region 4 (Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties).

Priority numbers chosen at the Random Selection will be available about one hour after the lottery. They can be found on the specific page for that property that is posted on our website: www.HousingQuest.com.
