October 13 | 6:30 pm | Sterling Center

Join us for our annual Chili Cook-Off with Oktoberfest fun! In addition to the chili cook-off, we will have live music, stein hoisting, stein racing, Schnitzelwirt Food Truck, and more!

October 14 | 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Providence Park

Join us at Providence Park for our annual Fall Festival. Enjoy live music by Thumpin, pumpkins, pumpkin decorating, face painting, climbing wall, In N Out food truck, and more! Make sure to register for In N Out prior to the event.

Piney River from Eagle River to Ovid Lane will be CLOSED for the event. There will be no parking available on Piney River from Eagle River to Elk River.

Reserving space in the park, including tents, will not be available before 12:30 pm on Saturday. Any items in the park before this time will be removed by staff.

October 21 | 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Sterling Center

Prom... the adult version. Join us for a Decades Prom, where you come dressed as the decade of your high school prom! We'll have everything a prom could need, including live music, photos, games, and even a Prom King and Queen! 

October 27 | 8:30 pm | Stockton's Plum Creek Stables

Haunted Hayrides are back at Stockton Plum Creek Stables! Don't miss out on the hayride that rambles through haunted grounds where ghosts and graveyards are known to be. This has been a family favorite for over 25 years. 

Each wagon has a professional story teller - telling a amusing western tale. Each ride is 30 mins. The 4H will have food, petting zoo, and games in the barn for everyone to enjoy before or after the ride.  

October 28 | 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm | Sterling Center

Join us for a great night of laughs with professional comedians known all over Colorado and nationally. Each show is built with featured comedians and a headliner designed to keep the jokes flowing. You might recognize performers from specials and clubs all over; you never know who might be on the lineup!

Another year of great Halloween decorations are here! Email Kelsey at kstiltner@sterlingranchcab.com a picture and your address to be included in the Halloween House Tour by October 24. Residents will be able to drive to see all the homes and vote on their favorite decorations. Top three homes will get a prize! The map will be sent out on October 25. Voting will end on November 1.

Join us for our annual community Trunk or Treat! This years event will be held on Halloween in the Overlook Clubhouse parking lot.

We are excited about our 3rd Annual Cattle Drive, Saturday, November 4! Join us at the Overlook Clubhouse for a day full of fun activities including watching the cattle move through Providence Gulch, bounce house, food trucks, wagon rides, and more!

Join us for a fun Douglas County Libraries Storytime at Atlas Coffee. Ideal for all ages!

November 10 | 8:00 am - 10:00 am | Sterling Center

Please help us, honor Veterans by joining us for coffee at Atlas coffee! All are welcome to help us honor them; coffee and a pastry are free for Veterans.

November 11 | 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Sterling Center

Join Colorado Keys and their mobile dueling piano show for an interactive, lively musical entertainment that you can sing and dance along to. You request songs, they play them!
