Santo Riboli, Chairman of the Board, leads the company and winery’s growth with a focus on planning, investments, and development of new products. Santo has worked in some capacity at the winery since he was young, learning all the skills involved in producing and running a winery. Inheriting his father’s love for the community and hard work, and his mother’s ability to lead and run a business, Santo has successfully steered the winery to its success today. Today, he continues to work with the Riboli Family’s three California tastings rooms/retail shops in Los Angeles, Paso Robles, and Ontario; and he advises the operations of the Riboli statewide California distribution company Riboli Family Wines & Spirits. You can still find Santo walking around the winery, pouring wine tastings behind the counter, or greeting guests at the front door. |
