Eagle Fire's Add-on Acquisitions

May 13th, 2024 | Dallas, TX – Rosewood Private Investments' (“RPI”) portfolio company, Eagle Fire Inc. (“Eagle Fire”), is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Walker Backflow & Fire Protection Services ("Walker") and Precision Fire Protection ("Precision").

Walker Backflow & Fire Protection Services provides full-service installation, inspection, maintenance, and retrofit services for fire protection systems, backflow systems, and kitchen suppression systems in the state of Alabama.

Precision Fire Protection provides sprinkler inspection and service capabilities across diverse end markets in Eastern Tennessee.

Eagle Fire has completed a total of nine acquisitions with each one complementing the portfolio by bringing an outstanding combination of talented personnel and valuable assets that extends the platform's service capabilities and geographic scope.
