Membership Drive is Underway!

We've already been hard at work at the 9th Grade/New Student Picnic and Fall Meet the Coaches night welcoming back old members and recruiting news ones. Please join the Richard Montgomery Athletic Boosters for the 2024-2025 School Year.

We are welcoming new leadership to the Boosters Team as Linda Ochoa takes over as president and Sandy Fine takes on the role of VP! They are eager to get started on the year's activities and hope you will join in!

Please remember RM Athletic Boosters is a 501(c)3 dedicated to closing the gap between the MCPS annual athletic budget allocation and the actual costs associated with our athletic teams.

Boosters Kick-Off Meeting Sept. 10

The Boosters meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month.all school year! We are seeking volunteer members who represent EVERY one of our 35+ teams! Our first meeting for the 2024-2025 school year will be Tuesday, September 10, 6:30 pm in the Media Center at RM. Please come join us. Learn more about who we are, our programs and the events we hold to support our Rocket athletes! .

• The RM Athletic Boosters support the varsity football game concession stand. Sign up now to sell those burgers, sodas, and snacks your students enjoy as part of their Friday night under the lights. Please remember, this activity can be used to meet Student Service Learning (SSL) hours requirements! Parents and students are encouraged to volunteer.

Have You Heard...

We've added two new sports for the 2024-2025 school year. Pickleball coached by Trish Wayerski and Girls Flag Football coached by Jonathan Mensah. Good luck to both teams as they begin their inaugural seasons in MCPS!

Boosters will be hosting their first social of the new year on Tuesday, September 24 from 6:00-8:30 pm at World of Beers in Rockville Town Center. As is our custom, a percentage of proceeds from this event will be donated back to Boosters. Please join us and say, "Cheers to the new school year!" :
