JE Dunn Construction is the Construction Manager At-Risk for the Capitol Complex Phase 2 project for Texas Facilities Commission (TFC).
The project includes two new State office buildings and one block of the Capitol Mall.
We will be soliciting bids for; Stone, Decorative/Metal Railings, Millwork & Finish Carpentry, Metal Panels, Roofing, Waterproofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Framing, Drywall, & Finishes, Flooring, Tile, & Stone, Specialties & Signage, Equipment & Furnishings, Fire Suppression, HVAC Controls, and Landscape/Hardscape/Pavement.

Description:
Vaughn construction has been awarded multiple projects in the 2022 Austin ISD Bond Program. One of the projects includes a full modernization (demolition and replacement) of the existing Pecan Springs Elementary School. The project sits on a 7.5 acre site and will include a 77,000 square foot building that will be LEED Silver, AEGB 3-Star certification, and Net-Zero Energy ready.
Location: 3100 Rogge Ln, Austin, TX 78723. This project is located between the Mueller District and 183 Toll Road.
Tax Status: Exempt
Wage Rates: AISD Prevailing Wage Rate
Parking: Onsite
Invitations to bid will be sent out via Building Connected. First round of budgeting invites are expected to go out in early January. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions.

NEW ONLINE CONTRACT BIDDING SYSTEM
The City of Fort Worth has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to implement an online bidding platform where notification of bid opportunities and submission of responses will be handled digitally.
All current City of Fort Worth vendors, as well as any vendors interested in doing business with the City, will need to register in Bonfire Interactive; if you are already registered in Bonfire, you can use your existing name and password to register with the City.
