Information Regarding Secure Client Portal
CWSEAPA® Secure Client Portal Access
We have updated our method for sending and receiving files and information.  We have implemented a new  Secure Client Portal , which is a big improvement over our old client portal.   Our new Secure Client Portal is powered by Citrix ShareFile.  ShareFile is a tool for sending, receiving, and organizing your business files online.

How can I access the Secure Client Portal?
Before you can begin using our Secure Client Portal, you will need to receive and e-mail invitation from Belsis Smalley, who is in charge of managing the Secure Client Portal. The subject line of your invitation e-mail will read "Belsis Smalley Added You to ShareFile" and will come from an automated e-mail address of ' mail@sf-notification.com ' It will look like the image below.  
I did not get an invitation e-mail, what do I do?
 If you did not receive an e-mail from us, notifying you that you have been added to the system, please contact us by completing the Update Contact Information  form, and be sure to check the box next to Access to Secure Client Portal.  We will be sure to add you to the Secure Client Portal within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT:  Please note, if you would like the ability to electornically sign forms, you will need to provide an e-mail address for each individual who will need to sign forms.  This means married couples are unable to share an e-mail address, please provide separte e-mail addresses for each individual.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ANY SENSITIVE INFORMATION TO US.
