Our system has the ability to email most agent documents generated by Irvin B. Green and Associates instead of mailing them.

In an effort to streamline and speed up the document delivery process, we will be turning this e-delivery feature on for all agencies. We will turn this feature on as of Tuesday, 04.02.2024.

To ensure our office has the correct email address on file for document delivery, please submit your information using this E-Delivery request form. Only one email address may be provided. If we do not receive any communication via this form, we will use the main email address on file.

Please note, in some instances the agency will receive policy documents in the mail from Irvin B. Green or in other cases from the Carrier directly. Also, it is possible documents will be emailed to specific email contacts within the agency depending on the line of business.

Policy documents are available online via the agent portal or within the specific carrier website. If you wish to opt out of this feature you may do so by submitting an email request with your agency information to ibgreen@ibgreen.com.
