Frederique Bensahel  
Partner, FBT Avocats

Frédérique Bensahel is considered as a leading lawyer in banking and financial services in Switzerland. She is the head of the Banking and Finance group of FBT. Caroline Clemetson is Head of Schellenberg Wittmer’s Banking and Finance Group in Geneva, and is also an active partner in the Banking and Finance Group in Zurich. Managing Associate, Simmons & Simmons

Sarah is a Managing Associate in the Financial Services group in London. She is an investment funds specialist and her practice includes the establishment, structuring, maintenance and restructuring of both hedge and private funds (liquid and illiquid assets) in a variety of jurisdictions. Sarah acts for some of the largest and best known managers in the UK and Europe. She also regularly advises asset management clients on the impact of regulatory issues. Sarah is a member of the firm’s Brexit team.

Stephanie Hodara El Bez

Stéphanie Hodara is Co-Head of the Banking & Finance Team. She advises her clients and represents them in court, specifically in the areas of banking and finance law as well as collective investment schemes. Furthermore, she has longstanding experience in contract matters as well as corporate, immigration, labor and real estate law.

Yvonne Lenoir Gehl

Holder of a license to practice law and an LL.M. (College of Europe, Bruges), Ms Lenoir Gehl has 15 years experience in the field of asset management and investments funds in Switzerland and the EU. She acquired her experience in a leading Swiss law firm, at the Luxembourg and Belgian management companies of a large Belgian financial group and during her years as Senior Regulatory Advisor at the European Fund and Asset Management Association.  At BRP, Yvonne is in charge of Swiss and foreign regulations applicable to asset managers and their products.

Anne Simond
CEO, ARM Swiss Representatives SA

Anne has extensive experience in legal, compliance and product development for alternative asset managers as well as legal and structuring expertise for derivative products in investment banking. She has held various senior legal positions with such firms as EIM, UBP, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley and was recently the project lead for obtaining a FINMA asset management license for a local firm. Anne is a Qualified English solicitor (Hogan Lovells) and has a Master of Law from the Université des Sciences Sociales in Toulouse. She has been based in Switzerland since 2003 and is also a founding member of the Geneva Chapter of 100 Women in Hedge Funds.
