Managing the "comprehension continuum" which is DATA-to-INFORMATION-to-KNOWLEDGE-to-POWER continues as a strategic challenge for most organizations. Presented will be an innovative approach to prioritizing, enabling, and constructing finite knowledge management.

Content Description:

The development of SOP's and mapping the "flow of work" are ultimately forms of knowledge management and the process itself is what promotes the "transfer of knowledge" throughout an organization. Knowledge management and the transfer thereof are CSF's for performance excellence. Work hardened processes like P-D-C-A can easily be used to actually construct an SOP.
