With 15,000 attendees expected, the SHPE National Convention is the largest gathering of Hispanics in STEM every year and you won't want to miss the fun, the familia, and the Golden Anniversary celebration on October 30 - November 3 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

The convention is made up of a wide variety of tracks and has something for everyone. Beyond the educational workshops there are competitions, networking events, and the popular Career Fair & Graduate School Expo with over 300 exhibitors expected.

Lifetime Members: 10% discount will be applied automatically when you sign in to register.

Chapter Advisors: Registration is complimentary. If you do not see free pricing when you register, please contact membership@shpe.org to verify your membership status and get approval sent over to the registration team.

Sponsors/Exhibitors: Exhibitor registration will also open this week. Exhibitors will receive instructions in the coming days on how to register their employees/recruiting team. Please keep an eye out for an email from our team. If you have questions, please reach out to raquele@shpe.org.

Bulk Registration: Bulk registration is an easy option for SHPE chapters paying for 5 or more registrations with a university/college check, money order, or credit card.

If that describes your chapter, please fill out the form to make a bulk request by September 27 and follow the simple steps to receive a promo discount code once payment is confirmed.

All bulk requests submitted by September 15 will be at the Early Bird rate. After that date the price increases. All discount codes must be given to active SHPE membership attendees in your chapter.

Convention Support: We will be sending out an email in the next week with a list of available convention support opportunities. Additionally, we have created a toolbox on the website for you to request support from your school or your employer.
