Maura E. O'Keefe, Falmouth Town Counsel, and Shawn M. McCormack, Shareholder at Davis Malm, will participate in a moderated debate of the benefits and burdens of Home Rule and its impact on land use and development in Massachusetts. Home Rule is a hot topic, in light of the Town of Milton’s challenge to the MBTA Communities Act, but Home Rule also impacts land use in multiple other areas, as well.
