Great news: GTFF wins compensation for the GEs who received their September paychecks late.

As part of the settlement of the successful Step 3 grievance GTFF filed in early October over UO's failure to pay over 150 GEs on time in September, UO will soon be notifying affected GEs that they are eligible for compensation for late fees, insufficient funds fees, and other expenses incurred as a result of late pay.

We have been fighting for our members and we won.

Also part of the settlement, UO has agreed to produce an "after action report" to identify the cause of the late pay fiasco and outline steps to ensure it does not happen in the future. Let’s celebrate this win for our members! There is power in a union!
