Anti-Reflective (AR) Glass

Sometimes, the need for protective glass in front of a light source cannot be avoided. AIG recommends using glass that will have a very minimal impact on lumen output. That’s why using AIG’s ultra-clear AR coated lenses reduce Fresnel loss to less that 0.5% per surface.

Color Correction Filters

AIG really thought this product line would see diminishing demand from the evolution of the LED world, yet to their surprise, demand remains strong. AIG regularly coats a wide range of color correction filters (warming and cooling) that are used in a broad range of lighting applications ranging from architectural to medical lighting.

Solite Lens

The Solite pattern remains AIG’s most popular glass diffuser that is used with LED lights, offering a smooth diffusion pattern with high lumen output. As an additional benefit, Solite can be fully heat tempered for impact resistance and safety.

Chemically Etched Diffusion Glass

AIG offers a wide range of chemically etched thin glass (as thin as 1mm) for precise diffusion/transmission levels. This thin glass can be chemically strengthened for 5x the impact resistance for more robust performance.

White Flashed Opal

Through the encouragement of our customer base, AIG has developed its own version of SCHOTT’s discontinued White Flashed Opal. Flopaltech™ is available in a variety of thicknesses and can be custom cut-to-size and fabricated (machined, edged, drilled, cut, etc.) to meet application requirements.
