QuickBooks™ Tips Series
Your Guide to a Happy and Healthy Relationship with QuickBooks.
QuickBooks

To some, QuickBooks can be a very powerful tool. To others, it can be viewed as a feared enemy. That's why Sharon Gilkey developed a series of tips that will help get you through everything from the daily issues you may face to the more advanced issues that arise. You will be a QuickBooks expert in no time. Here are a few of the most popular tips we have available on our blog:

QuickBooks Tip #1 - Adjusting Invoices

Have you ever posted the wrong amount to a customer invoice?  Not to worry. QuickBooks allows you to change the invoice to which a credit was applied with a few simple steps. Let us walk you through.

QuickBooks Tip #3 - Tracking Different Areas of Revenue

Did you know that QuickBooks allows you to track different areas of revenue and expense in your company by department (called "classes")? See how.

QuickBooks Tip #6 - Handling Return Checks From Customers

Most companies will eventually deal with the customer who bounces a check. To make your reconciliation an easier task, we suggest the following procedure.

If you found these to be helpful, follow our blog each week as new tips are released.

Trauma Healing
in Africa
Vickie Young Beam, one of the managers at Cover & Rossiter, grew up in Burundi, a small country in central Africa about the size of Maryland.  The Great Lakes region of Africa has been plagued with civil war, tribal conflicts, genocide, refugee displacement, disease and extreme poverty since the middle of the 20th century.  The need for healing and reconciliation is great in the aftermath of prolonged violence and trauma across several generations.

See more on her journey.
