InterMotive's Tech Support provides help with product installation and diagnosis of issues. Being prepared will make your support session easier and more efficient.
Here are a few simple things you can do prior to calling Tech Support to help us deliver the best assistance possible:
• Know the vehicle's make, model and year
• Have access to the vehicle so we can walk you through locating or installing the module
• For diagnosis of an issue, write down the module serial number, calibration/configuration number, firmware version and VIN
• For further diagnosis, have a voltmeter available so we can walk you through pin-by-pin wire testing.
