Wellness in Body, Mind & Soul

Through Qigong Energy Practice

Please Join International Qigong Instructors Claire Johnson and Jerigtu Borjigin for Workshops in OKC and Lawton

October - November 2014
Zhong Yuan Qigong is a powerful mind/body exercise form originating in China over 7,000 years ago. Steeped in shamanic, Taoist and Buddhist practices ZY Qigong is distinguished both by its simplicity and by its mature lineage. Using simple, gradually evolving movements, breathing and meditation, ZY Qigong brings people into a profound state of release by changing patterns in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being spontaneously. ZY Qigong is uniquely suited to relieve stress, to boost the immune, respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and to increase the body's innate healing abilities.

COME LEARN HOW TO:
  • Access Qi for relaxation, peace and grounded energy that heals the self and others
  • Tap into Qi to power your meditation, martial arts, yoga or healing practice.
  • Gain mastery of your health, happiness and life
Claire and Jerigtu invite you to come to rest, release and relax into feeling vital life energy (Qi) in your own body and spirit with ZY Qigong.  Let your energy, mindfulness, spirit and consciousness synergize and support each other.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS

Claire GuYu Johnson grew up in Beijing and in the US in a family of tai chi, herbal medicine, acupuncture and qigong practitioners.  Through her parent's Qigong Association of America she met and studied with a number of masters including ZY Qigong Grandmaster Xu Mingtang. In 1999 she traveled and studied with Xu Mintang as he taught and practiced healing worldwide.  She has practiced solitary meditations without food and water in Chinese and Tibetan caves. In 2000 she established America's first ZY Qigong School and Healing Center in Seattle.

Jerigtu Borjigin, Mongolian healer, hails from the land where Shamanism originated and comes from a family of well-known Shamans, healers and Tibetan Buddhist Rinpoches. He is the sole successor of a rare Taoist lineage of Yi Jin Jing. Jerigtu has apprenticed with Taoist healers and studied with ZY Qigong Grandmaster Xu Mingtang. He is also an accomplished musician, and a virtuoso on the Mongolian Horsehair Fiddle.

Claire and Jerigtu met in Inner Mongolia, and married in 2010. They teach and heal internationally.
