In September, the Planning Commission approved the enviornmental impact report

Area businesses, sidewalks and even garages turned into galleries, boutiques and interactive spaces for people of all ages to view and purchase original works of art. Central Market Showcase
Towards the end of September,
Central Market Showcase brought back various art installations from last quarter's
Market Street Prototyping Festival. The installations were set along Market Street, between 6th and 7th Streets, to spark community engagement and interaction. The project also launched two Living Innovation Zones (LIZ's) with four consecutive weeks of scheduled programming.

The Hall for the illumination ceremony of "Light up Central Market," a project that cast light on six site-specific installa
