Updated Design for Food Hall Apartments
Curbed SF provides renderings of an updated design to the 186 apartments coming to the former Hollywood Billiards site. Though the building will rise mid-block, Tidewater's managing principal, Craig Young, described the plan as lending a corner-like presence.
Affordable Units Coming to old Hugo Hotel
Abandoned since 1988, demolition crews have begun work on the site of the old "Defenestration" building. Once complete, the new Mercy Housing building will have 67 affordable housing units and active ground floor retail spaces to support the local community,
