STRAND THEATER RENOVATION
Bought by ACT in 2012, ground broke this quarter for a renovation of this historic theater. Once completed, the theater will have 300 seats and plans to showcase both formal and informal performances.

MARKET STREET PLACE
Construction is ready to begin on the $150 million Market Street Place at the site of the old St. Francis Theater. Once completed, 935 Market Street will be home to a 225,000 sq ft glass mall. Construction is slated to last two years.
