Collaborative Just Culture® Program Standard



SG Collaborative Solutions (SGCS) is proud to announce the public release of the Collaborative Just Culture® Program (CJCP) standard. It's the world's first evidence-producing, just culture standard to be independently audited by a global accreditation organization.

SG Collaborative Solutions provides world class consulting, an award-winning learning management system (LMS), and a suite of intellectual property, including manuals, guides, tools and methods to achieve CJCP qualification. SGCS licenses and trains-to-proficiency organizations and consultant organizations in support of the CJCP standard.

Moving beyond traditional aspirational philosophies and culminating from decades of development, the CJCP is a universal standard for high-consequence industries, including aviation; healthcare; first responder and emergency services; railroads; and the energy and manufacturing sectors. CJCP expands upon the success of:

• The US airline industry's highly successful Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and other safety management system programs;

• The integration of engineering and behavioral sciences with legal and ethical systems of justice; and

• ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
