Pursuant to Town Ordinance 8-8, this message will serve as Public Notice with respect to the following:
The Jupiter Island Public Safety Department has issued a permit to “Sky Lighters of Florida” authorizing a fireworks display. The display is scheduled for March 1, 2024, to begin at approximately 8:15 pm and lasting approximately 7 minutes. The display will originate from a barge in the vicinity of the Jupiter Island Club Marina.
As always, the Public Safety Department will coordinate closely with Martin County Fire Rescue to ensure the safety of everyone on the Island.
