Call for Proposals: PS 2023 Collaborative Symposium, in conjunction with ESCoP

The Psychonomic Society invites proposals to fund a collaborative symposium between the Psychonomic Society and the European Society for Cognitive Psychology (ESCoP). The collaborative symposium will be held during ESCoP's 23rd Conference in Porto, Portugal, September 6-9, 2023. 


Proposals will be accepted through November 30, 2022. Applicants will be notified of the status of their proposal by late January, 2023.

NAS Troland Research Award

Two NAS Troland Research Awards of $75,000 are given annually to recognize unusual achievement by early-career researchers (preferably 45 years of age or younger) and to further empirical research within the broad spectrum of experimental psychology. The Psychonomic Society's 2023 Governing Board election is about to close. All PS Emeriti, Fellows, and Members in good standing may vote for up to two candidates.


Two seats are available on the 2023 GB. Board members serve six-year terms (Jan 1, 2023 - Dec 31, 2028). The two candidates who receive the highest number of votes will be elected to fill the two open seats.
