The Staff Support Fund is

intended to help preschool

program owners and directors

retain quality staff as they pursue

a high quality rating. Preschool

programs will have access to

$3,000 per lead teaching position

in their center or family child care

Eligibility Requirements:

• Be Eligible CPP Quality Improvement Provider
• Be in good standing withCPP Quality Improvement
• Provider
• Be Unrated, 1 - 2 Star

Staff Support Funds Can be used for:

• Offering retention,
• recruitment, or
• advancement bonuses
• Offsetting costs for health
• insurance
• Supplementing teachers’
• wages
• Paying for formal education
• in a degree-granting
• program in early childhood
• education (or directly
• related field) that is not
• already supported
• financially through other
• sources

Teacher Promise Grant

 Application Window: Tuesday,Sept. 26, 2023 - Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, 5:00 p.m.

Applications received after this deadline will be considered during the next application window.

Eligibility Requirements: 

·         Be employed by your school for at least six weeks at the time of application

·         Be a Full-Time Lead Preschool Teacher

·         Identified Teacher must have a minimum level 3 CPL

·        Identified Preschool(s) must have at least 10% CPP enrollment.

* Program Update: Providers may enroll 2 Lead Preschool teachers per 10 CPP Preschool enrollments and 1 Lead Preschool Teacher for CPP enrollments under 10. This applies to Type A and Center-Based programs.  Click Here to review our TPG FAQs. Click Here to Apply

Cincinnati Preschool Promise is offering limited coaching and professional development support for our approved Tuition Assistance Providers to

assist with maintaining high-quality and continuous improvement. If you are interested, click here to make a request. You will receive a

confirmation notice after the CPP Team review.
