Exciting news for Douglas County!

Construction on the Muller Parkway Project will begin soon, offering a much-needed alternative route to alleviate traffic congestion in Minden and Gardnerville.

In order to help residents navigate project details and timelines, the County has created a webpage here.

CONE ZONE BLUES?

A HUGE thank you to Main Street Gardnerville for their continuous efforts to keep the community informed with NDOT’s construction schedule.

We understand that the current NDOT project on 395 is a drag, but these critical updates to our roads that include; highway drainage, sidewalk, curb and gutter improvements and utility relocation work will lead to a better commute in the long run. Hang in their folks, they are not done yet, but the end is coming and it will be a fabulous improvement for our community.

If you haven’t seen it yet, tune into mainstreetgardnerville.org or visit them on their socials for up to date closures and project updates. The information is highly helpful in navigating the downtown area.

Don’t forget to show some love to the downtown businesses as they have been heavily impacted by the NDOT construction. #shoplocal
