TORONTO – May 28, 2020 – PropertyGuys.com Central and West Kootenay, B.C. has won Gold for the Canadian Franchise Association’s (CFA) Franchisee of the Year Award in the Non-Traditional category. Franchise owners Simon and Stephanie Jones are recognized as the second-ever winners of this award, acknowledging their accomplishments and excellence in business performance, community service, as well as involvement in their franchise brand. This is the first year award winners have been announced virtually amidst COVID-19, and given the opportunity to provide speeches through video.

The Jones’ immigrated to Canada in 2007 with dreams of starting a business that allowed them to add value to their community. Their work ethic and community contributions have been recognized both by the CFA with their Franchisee of the Year Award win and within their own franchise family as well. The veteran franchisees also took home the top prize, the Franchise of the Year Award, at PropertyGuys.com’s national franchise conference earlier this year for the third year in a row, additionally taking home the Top Revenue and Top Franchise West Awards. The top-performers prove it may be tough to keep up with the Joneses after all!
