Promoting Mentoring in Oklahoma

Promoting and sharing lead to creating more programs, recruiting more mentors, raising more funds, and learning from others. Universities and Career Techs propel Oklahoma farther forward through mentoring, coaching, internships, and leadership development in addition to academics and training.

Thanks for all you do for Oklahoma!

National Mentoring Month & Oklahoma

Messaging through word-of-mouth (nationally and in Oklahoma the number one way of recruiting mentors), social media and websites, television and radio, and other methods shape thought and behavior. Talk about your mentoring programs.

Why participate in National Mentoring Month promotions (ranked)?
  • Mentor appreciation
  • Educating and advocating for mentoring
  • Highlighting match impact
  • Mentor recruitment
  • Community service
  • Fundraising (only one!)
