Catholic Charities of Merced: 10th Annual Harvest of Hope | |
The 10th Annual Catholic Charities Harvest of Hope in Merced took place on Saturday, August 10th. It was a beautiful gathering of love and support for the community of Merced.

Our deacons and their family members attended the Annual Diocesan Diaconate Community Day on the Feast Day of St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr.
Bishop Brennan celebrated the Mass of St. Lawrence at Holy Family Parish in Kingsburg. During Mass, the deacons renewed their Diaconate Promises. What a blessed day!

Loyola Marymount University is offering a Parish Business Administration Certificate Program. It is a year-long online class designed for professionals, aspiring professionals or volunteers with responsibility for the financial and temporal affairs of a parish.
The Parish Business Administration professional certificate program offers specialized training for those engaged or aspiring to engage in this pastoral service.
Classes will meet online beginning August 24, 2024! Limited financial aid and interest-free payment plans are available for this program.

After a short summer break, the Catholic Breakfast Club of Fresno is back with their monthly breakfast meetings! Save the date for Friday, September 13th at 7:15am at Pardini's in Fresno. During this upcoming meeting, "The Last Supper" tapestry pictured below will be up for auction. Tickets will be available to purchase at the breakfast meetings in September and October.
- Tickets are $25 each
- First come first serve - only 150 tickets will be sold!
- The raffle drawing will take place on October 11th
