MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

by Caleb Henry

Goal Achieved! We've scored big in the first quarter of this year's Critical Number: Year of the Client: Xperience Xcellence. Our company-wide Net Promoter Score (NPS) has soared to an impressive 59, surpassing our target of 52, and we've received over 200 client feedback submissions, surpassing that goal as well. Congratulations to all of you for making this happen - it's time to celebrate!

Join us for the celebration next Friday, April 19th at 7:30 AM, live-streamed from the corporate office. Check your emails for the calendar invite! We'll be kicking off a raffle with 24 $200 net checks up for grabs, totaling $4,800! Every team member's name will be entered into the raffle, so don't miss out!

by Cecilia Gonzalez

In response to recent changes in California law, we updated our Confidentiality and Arbitration Agreements. This week, we implemented the revised agreements through Paylocity. Check for an email from Paylocity and please log in to sign both documents. For any questions, feel free to contact Human Resources at HR@ProTec.com.

Office Flyers

by Dave Rauch

Reminder, when hanging flyers or non-ProTec information around the office, please check with your supervisor first for approval. We're all about keeping our workspace educational and beneficial for all ProTecians, but we first need to make sure that any outside flyers or information is first approved before hanging! Thank you all for your help with this.

Creating A Harmonious Workplace

by Dave Rauch

Office dynamics can sometimes present challenges, with minor disagreements potentially escalating. However, we have the opportunity each day to foster a positive environment by committing to an "adult agreement" as we start our day. This agreement reflects our commitment to mature behavior:

  • Supporting and building trust among colleagues.
  • Acknowledging mistakes openly and taking responsibility (Own It).
  • Addressing challenges openly and constructively.
  • Embracing reality with a positive mindset.
  • Actively sharing and exploring ideas.

Teams thrive when there is openness and trust. By uplifting each other and fostering a supportive environment, we strengthen our team and ensure collective success. Always assume positive intent.   Let's approach each day with this positive and adult mindset to create a more harmonious workplace.
