OUR BIGGEST DREAM YET!!!

by Liz Teposte

We are thrilled to share our latest Dream, which went to Craig Winchel from Dept. 260. Craig’s dream was to get much-needed dental work done after breaking a few teeth, which made eating both difficult and painful.

Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with many of our ProTecians and their families. When our Fountain of Dreams team learned about Craig's situation, we reached out to Chris Cuyugan in Dept. 660, whose wife Maria works at Dr. Sarah Nabai’s Dental Office in Del Mar. After sharing our program and Craig’s dream with Dr. Nabai’s team, they were eager to help make it a reality. Dr. Nabai’s team has been incredible, supporting us every step of the way to ensure Craig's "Quality of Life" was improved.

It has been a pleasure collaborating with a team that shares our Core Values. Over the past few months, we’ve worked closely with Craig, tracking his appointments and next steps. On August 5th, we had the joy of surprising Craig at Dr. Nabai’s office as he completed his final procedure with the Fountain of Dreams team.

Thank you, Craig, for trusting us on this journey. We can’t wait to hear all about your new foodie adventures soon!

BUSINESS NEWS

Just Released!

by Dave Rauch

Yesterday, we sent out this month’s edition of the Maintenance Manager. I had the pleasure of speaking with Community Manager Gina Falcon-Heneghan, a familiar face for many of you in San Diego. Gina offers an authentic look at the role of a community manager, drawing on her 30 years of industry experience. She provides valuable insights and advice on navigating the HOA industry from a community manager’s perspective.

After-Hours Communication

by Cecilia Gonzalez

We're updating our policy on after-hours communications, particularly for our field employees. We recognize that you may occasionally receive work-related messages or calls outside of regular business hours, and we want to clarify our guidelines.

If you receive emails or text messages from your manager, office staff, or clients outside your work hours, you are not required to open, read, or respond to them. This includes any time before you clock in, after you clock out, and during weekends or holidays, unless the message is marked as URGENT. For emails or texts labeled URGENT from your manager, supervisor, office staff, or clients, please record the time spent opening, reading, and responding, and notify ProTec. This also applies to urgent communications from clients.

You are not obligated to answer phone calls from your manager or clients outside work hours. However, if you choose to take a call before or after work hours, please log the duration of the call and inform ProTec immediately.

Non-urgent communications should be handled during your regular work hours after you have clocked in for the day. Thank you for your cooperation.

Keep up the Good Work!

by Caleb Henry

Today marks the halfway point in the quarter, and we are on track to victory! We're just 20 submissions away from claiming the gold this quarter! Once we cross that finish line, it’s up to our clients to weigh in. In the meantime, keep the communication strong and the quality high so we can boost our NPS score and more importantly, improve our communications with our clients. Last quarter, we set a NPS (Net Promoter Score) goal of 56 and barely reached it with a 57. We need to pick it up if we're going to hit our goal of 60 this quarter. If you need a quick refresher on what and NPS is, click here.

Safety First

by Tim Lampman

I’m pleased to announce that we’ve achieved 10 consecutive days of safety. While it may seem like a small milestone, it’s a significant achievement as it marks a strong start to August with our commitment to safety and timely reporting of accidents and injuries. Every ProTecian should take pride in this accomplishment. Let’s keep the momentum going and aim for 30 consecutive safe days so we can all get some cash.

As we enter the hottest part of the year, remember to stay hydrated and take breaks while working outdoors. To support this, we’ll be distributing water bottles at this month’s safety meetings. Thank you, and remember to please look out for the safety of each other and always remember: SAFETY FIRST!
