Thank You to our Moving Crew!

by Dave Rauch

For the first time in ProTec history, we have four winners simultaneously for the Best of ProTec award. This crew—Raul Gonzalez (10), Jose Gonzalez (10), and David Santillan (10), led by Neil Carey (10)—put in an incredible amount of time and effort moving items from the old Irvine, Lake Forest, and Laguna Hills offices to the new Orange County office at 4 Faraday. They made numerous trips, worked countless hours, including weekends, to make this transition as seamless as possible for everyone. We can't thank you enough gentlemen. You have all showcased what it means to be ALL IN!

BUSINESS NEWS

The Proof is in the Pudding!

by Dave Rauch

Take a look at this snippet of an email that Mariano Porras (60) received from a community manager, "The Board has repeatedly stated how impressed they are with the level of service the community has been getting as of late and enjoy the detailed monthly maintenance report which offers much needed suggestions and stays on top of the maintenance needed."

This feedback highlights the crucial importance of effective communication and photo (CARE) reports. Our community manager and board member clients are not only noticing the difference but are also appreciating the impact firsthand. It's all about improving the Quality of Life and making their responsibilities hassle-free. Excellent work, Mariano and 60 TEAM!

Last Reminder: Please Sign

by Cecilia Gonzalez

Two months ago, we released a revised Arbitration Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement. Both agreements were released through Paylocity, and the HR team also attended several safety meetings to distribute them and collect signed agreements. I want to thank everyone who has returned their signed agreements.

For those who have not yet returned their signed agreements, please remember to sign, and return them to the Human Resources department. It's important to note that signing both agreements is necessary for ongoing employment. All agreements must be returned no later than Monday, July 15th.

If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources at HR@protec.com.

Reminder: New Calendar Feature

by Caleb Henry

We've added a new Calendar feature to the internal website that showcases birthdays, anniversaries, paydays, and holidays. We're still working on building it out to be more interactive, but it's already a fantastic resource and reminder. Be sure to check it out!

Be Aware

by Danyelle Reese

Ever feel that sinking dread when Karen's email demands all your missing receipts? It's like your heart plummets to your stomach, and suddenly, there's a lump in your throat the size of Mount Everest. You know you've goofed, and those receipts better magically appear, or else... Karen's wrath might just haunt your dreams! We've all been there, but let's face it, Karen runs a tight ship and she means business. She's a powerhouse and she definitely doesn't mess around. So, do yourself a favor: get those receipts in daily. Otherwise, prepare for some haunting nightmares courtesy of Karen!

Safety First - Beat the Heat

by Tim Lampman

With the high heat in all our work areas, let's make safety and hydration a top priority! Staying properly hydrated is key to preventing heat illness. Remember to drink enough fluids before, during, and after work. Aim for at least 1 cup (8 ounces) of water every 15 to 20 minutes. Frequent, smaller sips are more effective than large, infrequent drinks.

Also, if you're welding or grinding near dry vegetation, make sure someone is on fire watch. Let's keep our work areas safe and avoid being the cause of the next wildfire.

PLEASE REFER QUALIFIED CANDIDATES & GRAB YOUR $1,000!

by Cecilia Gonzalez

Cash In with our Employee Referral Program! Remember, if you refer someone, you both score some extra cash. You can share this "6 Reasons Why" flyer with people so they can see the benefits of working at ProTec.

If you have any questions, please reach out to HR at HR@protec.com.

It's Ant Season!

Mother

Just a little note from your favorite mom! 🐜 Remember, those pesky ants are always on the lookout for a free meal. Let’s not give them any reason to throw a party in our office or kitchen!

So, please pick up after yourself and if you see something that needs cleaning, be a hero and tackle it. Your future self (and your mom) will thank you!

Dave's Success Tips: No Dream is Too Big

by Dave Rauch

Tip #40: No dream is too big. It takes almost the same amount of time and energy to manage tiny projects or businesses as it does to manage massive ones... and the massive ones carry with them - proportional rewards.
