In addition to her ongoing responsibilities in HR, Cecilia will now play a pivotal role in executive decision-making. Her expertise, perspectives, and ideas are poised to drive ProTec's future growth and success. Strategic Planning Recap

Two weeks ago, the company’s Leadership teams gathered for two days of rigorous thinking and planning. We were guided by our three coaches Mark Comiso, Patrick Burke, and Krista Federow from Petra. It was a successful gathering and we’re all excited about our Q3 Priorities (main goals). Our #1 THING, led by Ty Haisch is, “We have started strategic adjustments to our organizations design/framework to set us on a trajectory to increase our net margin”. 


We also have five other priorities that revolve around HR and OPS, Work Order Tracking, More Trainual Development, Fixed Asset Review and lastly reducing unused CAMP hours. These 3rd Quarter Priorities all support and align with our Annual Initiatives (annual goals) that were set last December. If you have questions, or want to learn more, I encourage you to ask your supervisor what they mean. They would be more than happy to explain how these goals are all driving us towards our BHAG of “Improving Quality of Life for 1,000,000 Homeowners,” and if not, see me, I’m happy to talk about our goals any day.

We SOARED past our client feedback submission goal this quarter! Once we send out our survey to the clients, we just need to get a 56 NPS score. If we can do that, we'll be celebrating BIG and raffling off 24 $200 net checks. Stay tuned and keep up the good work submitting that feedback :)

Just a reminder that Thursday, July 4th is a paid holiday for both hourly and salary employees. We will be open on Friday, July 5th, so if you plan on taking that day off, please remember to submit a time-off request to your supervisor. Enjoy the holiday!

Two months ago, we released a revised Arbitration Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement. Both agreements were released through Paylocity, and the HR team also attended several safety meetings to distribute them and collect signed agreements. I want to thank everyone who has returned their signed agreements.


For those who have not yet returned their signed agreements, please remember to sign, and return them to the Human Resources department. It's important to note that signing both agreements is necessary for ongoing employment. All agreements must be returned no later than July 15th.

Mirzet Velic: Director of Client Experience


Congratulations to Mirzet Velic (10) who has been promoted to Director of Client Experience and will now oversee the Client Experience Department.


As you may have heard, we've recently established a new role: the "Client Experience Coordinator" within several of our departments. This position is designed to enhance our client communication throughout their entire journey with ProTec, not just during follow-ups. These coordinators will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience and supporting our account managers by handling certain tasks to alleviate the AM's load. This will allow our managers to dedicate more time to overseeing technicians, property walks, and other critical responsibilities.

New Calendar Feature

We've added a new Calendar feature to the internal website that showcases birthdays, anniversaries, paydays, and holidays. We're still working on building it out to be more interactive, but it's already a fantastic resource and reminder. Be sure to check it out!

Give it up for our LA team! They were awarded the Above and Beyond Award for their outstanding performance in exceeding their target on the closing-the-loop priority. This achievement is even more remarkable considering the challenges they faced, including losing a full-time property and a key technician to illness. Despite these setbacks, their dedication, resilience, and teamwork allowed them to still achieve impressive revenue. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and determination.
