Uncovering ProTec's Identity: Core Values Quiz

by Aspiring Andy

What are ProTec's 3 Core Values?
All In, Improving Quality of Life, BHAG
All In, Learn & Grow, Own It
How should I know??

We Are All Sales

by Caleb Henry

The success of a company hinges on the buy-in and ownership of ALL its employees. That is why EVERY employee, regardless of their role, plays a crucial part in driving our growth and success. In the end we are all salespeople – representing ProTec in some capacity that could impact how our clients view us, feel about us, buy from us, and most importantly talk about us.

Why is this approach so vital? When every individual takes ownership of their role and recognizes their potential to impact the larger collective team, we create a culture of accountability and ownership. Our administrative staff, technicians, managers, HR, business development, etc. —all contribute to the customer experience. A positive interaction with any team member can lead to new business opportunities, stronger client relationships, and ultimately, a more successful company for all of us!

Imagine a scenario where a client interacts with one of our great plumbers. Beyond solving the immediate issue, our plumber’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect our values. This positive experience not only satisfies our client but also builds trust and loyalty, encouraging them to recommend our services to others. When our administrative staff handles client questions quickly and positively, it reinforces our commitment to excellent service. When our construction team delivers high-quality work, it solidifies our reputation for reliability. So on and so forth. Each action, no matter how small, contributes to a larger narrative of the ProTec brand and showcases how non-sales roles can directly influence our growth and reputation.

In the end, we are all selling ProTec’s brand daily. The better we all do it – the more success we will ALL have!

Survey Results are in!

by Caleb Henry

In April we sent out one question to our clients and asked them "One a scale from 1-10, how would you rate our reliability in getting the job done?". As you can see, the results came back with an average at 8.2 among all regions. There's always room for improvement, but this is a good sense of where we stand.

With only 4 weeks left in the quarter, we still need about 120 submissions to hit our goal. Please remember to keep submitting any feedback you hear. Use the button below or the Client Feedback App on you phones!
