by Tim Lampman

Just like athletes preparing for the Olympics, it's crucial to stay alert and use the MOST system—Method Oriented Safety Thinking. Remember, most accidents and injuries stem from carelessness and not thinking things through.

Stay vigilant on your job sites, ensuring you're always using the right methods and tools. As we head into the heat of August and September, think like an Olympian: protect yourself by wearing a hat, sunscreen and staying hydrated. Let's aim for gold in safety and performance!

A Family Reunion Dream

by Liz Teposte

WE DID IT!!! Our latest Dream recipient is Valentin Sanchez from Department 535. Valentin’s dream was to take his family to Morelia, Mexico. It has been over five years since he could visit his 94-year-old father, and he wanted to bring his wife and two daughters along. Perfectly timed, his dad’s birthday is coming up in August!

The Fountain of Dreams team has granted Valentin's wish with round-trip tickets for the whole family. But that’s not all—they also provided a basket full of travel essentials. Thank you, Dream Team, for adding these thoughtful details to make Valentin's dream extra special.

Thank you, Valentin, for trusting ProTec with your Dream! Please wish your dad a Happy Birthday from the entire ProTec Team—we can't wait to see all the memories you create! Click here to see the pictures of this heartwarming moment.

Dept. 60's Heartfelt Gesture

by Dave Rauch

One of the employees in Dept. 60 recently lost his dad, and his team stepped up in an incredible way. Some of his department rallied together, pooling their money to commission a beautiful portrait of his dad for him. This gesture was about showing empathy, compassion, support, and the strength of our community. It truly illustrates how our coworkers can come together, act like family, and embody our core values. This act of kindness and unity is a testament to the spirit of our workplace. Jose, we are so sorry for your loss.

DEPARTMENT TRANSFER

Sabrina Vega has transitioned from her role as an administrative assistant in department 60 in San Diego to department 310 up in Inland Empire.
